So, this weekend was great! We said goodbye to the best year of our lives (so far) and ushered in a new year full of suprises and great things (hopefully) to come! I really think that each year is getting better and better, and after getting married in 2009, finding a great rental home and getting our two doggies in 2010, and bringing Natalie into the world in 2011, I wonder what is in store for us this year! Finally being homeowners? Maybe, but probably not. Moving? Nah. Another baby? No way! Whatever it is, I know we're going to have a great time!

Get my midnight kiss! - YAY! We gave Natalie a combo kiss and then I got a kiss from my Hubby. A great co-worker agreed to close for me, so I could go home and be with them.

Clean up the house and do the dishes - carpets are cleaned with flea treatment, floors are swept, bedsheets are clean. I have a TON of dishes from my Christmas table to do (not used, just kitty hair all over them) before they get put away for another year. So sad. I really didn't get to enjoy them. ::sigh:: Maybe next year.

Paint my nails - they're lookin' rough again. The Santa-themed nails were an epic fail, so they're just red. I did however find an AWESOME tip on Pinterest....did you know you can dry your nails in two minutes by running each nail under cold water???

Football did NOT go well for me this week. I'm very sad to report that my Jets lost...again. They pretty much have to win all the rest of their games in order to make it to the playoffs, and with Sanchez...it's just really up in the air right now. Hubby and I ran into some more financial troubles this week, so I had to put off seeing Breaking Dawn, again - maybe for good. (or until it comes out on video) I'm very depressed by this, but a roof over our head this Christmas is more important - no matter how cheap the tickets are.

Friday and Saturday were busy but unfruitful days at work. I feel like I busted my butt and have nothing to show for it. But oh well. I'm going to start applying to some different jobs and see if anything pans out. I am actually considering an overnight job at a call center or maybe Sheetz (a gas station) but I'm keeping my options open.

Sunday, our Jets lost, but I did get some cute photos of my little girl in her new "jersey" which is GIGANTIC on her, but still oh-so-cute! Here she is with her Daddy:

Last night I was talking to my friend Ida (she has a blog that is called Eternity Kind of Love - check it out here) and we made a plan to start running this week. We are going to start tomorrow afternoon! I feel good about getting back on the weight loss wagon, and excited to try and FINALLY lose the weight that I've wanted to for about 5 years, and to start training for my second 5k race in December! I had also planning on getting my Momma butt in gear and start getting up at a decent hour every day, and that was supposed to start this morning, but I bombed. I am going to try again tomorrow. Hopefully I can get it together and get my patootie out of bed tomorrow morning - I fully plan on going to bed in the next hour just so that I can! Wish me luck =)

I will post again tomorrow morning to update on my 52 in 52 list progress (next to nothing) but right now? Momma is watching the new episode of Castle and then heading to BED!

Pick up Natalie and go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Jets game - we ended up stopping at the Green Turtle about halfway home to eat, and then picking up the munchkin before going home.

We had a blast! It was super cold and super windy and NONE of our favorites won, but we still had an awesome time. Here's a picture of us:

~ Drive to Frederick to trade in our car (and hopefully come home with a new one!) This is partly red, because we couldn't get financing at the place we thought we had a good chance at, but we haven't given up hope! We are planning to go to Baltimore to try Easterns Motors, and if not we will just find a buy here/pay here place with the best deal for us with our down payment.
~ Relax and enjoy our time together as a family! We had mommy and me naptime because I was EXHAUSTED! (That and we fell asleep in the rocker together - unplanned)

~ Visit with hubby's aunt and uncle so that the cousins can see the baby - Instead we ran some errands that we needed to run since our car won't go where we need it to anymore. We are trading it in here in the next week or two.
~ Baby bathtime! =) (Gotta stay accountable on this, she's getting baby acne pretty badly!)

Monday:

~ Relaxed, then went bowling with some friends. Natalie slept through the whole thing!

Monday: Weekend Wrap up!

Happy Monday! (I guess, lol) I had a pretty good weekend, it was slightly busy but lots of fun! We even threw in an outing to watch the UFC fights on Saturday night! Munchkin did great, she slept almost the whole time!

Friday:
~ Wash bottles
~ Clean litter boxes
~ Put Natalie's laundry away
~ Baby bathtime! =)
~ Work

Saturday:
~ Pioneer Woman's show at 11:30 am
~ Vaccuum bedroom floor
~ Get baby bag ready for Sunday
~ All laundry: sheets, Natalies, Ours
~ Work on meal plan, grocery list, and family binder
~ Baby bathtime! =)
~ Work (POSSIBLY)
~ If I don't work, maybe clean/organize the basement a little

Sunday:
~ SLEEP IN
~ (hopefully - weather permitting) A high school dance class get together/playdate for our kids =) It's going to be so much fun!!
Saturday didn't go very well. Let's just say it was a female day, and I didn't get out of bed. I got Natalie's laundry done (there's already more) and got her a bath, but that's the extent of Saturday. After bathtime, something crazy happened! She outgrew her first outfit!! I had literally put this outfit on her approximately two weeks ago, and this is what happened:

And here she was wearing that sleeper in the NICU! My baby is growing so fast! WAAAAHH!

That evening I was feeling better and we went to the Green Turtle to watch UFC. Here's some pictures I took of Natalie after I got her ready for going out that evening.

My friend Amber came home with me and stayed the night and helped me with Munchkin throughout the night so I could get some rest. I'm hoping to work on a few of those things today and the rest of this week.

And here she is this morning, in my favorite sleeper she has right now =) I think I will cry the day she grows out of this, and will probably go buy her a bigger one!!
