Waist Watcher Wednesday: Week 11

This is a weekly link party for everyone wanting to get back in shape, where we can post/comment our stats and offer each other helpful advice, workout ideas, what works for you, what doesn't and just generally support each other so that when we think about giving up we will have bloggy friends to lift us up again!

So, I will post one inspirational thing, a workout that I want to try, or something workout related every week, and I encourage you to do the same! Let's inspire each other into getting healthy this year and making our waists disappear!

I. FEEL. GREAT! I've been to the gym three times since last Wednesday. Here's how I did:

Workout 1: (this was from last Wednesday)

Time: 26:07
Distance: 1.66 mi
Approx. calories burned: 466

Workout 2:

Time: 50:30
Distance: 2.95 mi
Approx. calories burned: 425

Workout 3:

Time: 65:00
Distance: 4.04
Approx. calories burned: 683

Workout 4:

Time: 67:00
Distance: 4.21
Approx. calories burned: 696

Workout 5:

Time: 28:01
Distance: 1.78
Approx. calories burned: 350

I repeat: I. FEEL. GREAT!!

How did you do this past week?

Weight: 204.8
Previous: 206.4

TIPS: Weight yourself at the same time every time (morning is best) in the same type of clothing (or nude) on the same scale to get the best results.

REACTION: I sort of knew that I wasn't going to lose right away. I was hoping, but it's ok I'm not going to give up!

BMI: 33.9
Previous: 34.3

TIPS: Use this website to compute your BMI

REACTION: I'm ok with this, weight goes up so does BMI. I'm NOT giving up!!
